What I am doing recently.

After I left TGC (The Global Child), I went to another organization to find my true future. In 2010, I walked in to the organization which is call PSE (Pour un Sourire d'Enfant) (located in Phnom Penh city) and learn a training call FBS (Food and Beverage Service). I learned there for 2 years and a half. Within those 2 years, I've experienced many mistakes that I've done during my academy. My teachers educated me to be a professional staff in the F&B work. I got loads of knowledge of the Food and Beverage including how to make cocktails, mock-tails, know procedure of  the wine making and made of what.

Now, I am in Siem Reap to have an internship about the F&B in one hotel which is the one of the best hotels in Siem Reap but it can be in Cambodia. I've been in SR for about 3 weeks and with work. It's unbelievable that I could bear with those staff because sometimes I always argue with my teachers when they ask me to do loads of things. But I'm really annoyed with them, they always blame me when I didn't listen to them.

After I finish my internship, I am responsible to make a report to my teachers and gonna have a presentation to them. After that I am gonna be in the world of works in the hospitality in the F&B department.
